Happy Mother's Day to all mothers! I will say that its an honor to be a member of "the club" for the first time. Wow. . . this comes with such great benefits!
We're having a wonderful day today. I went in to the hospital to round this morning and came home to my baby sound asleep and an awesome note from the men in my life. Now, I have a spare moment because Dale's napping on the floor (its his turn; I took mine this morning) and Logan is completely content to roll around him, poking and prodding him here and there, and blowing bubbles incessantly. Its a proud, precious mommy moment. (I tried to snap a picture, but none of them turned out very well.) For lunch we heated up leftovers from last night's "Ocho de Mayo" party (which is perfect because I loooooove Mexican food). Its a little windy today, so we're all hanging out indoors and laying low. We love lazy weekend days.
I hope you have a great week. We have a busy week ahead as Dale has committments every evening, so we'll be doing the parenting handoff all week as many of you are familiar with.
